Parenting Anxious Children Workshop

This workshop group provides evidence-based treatment, focused on reducing child/teen anxiety with parents as the agents of change. Parents will learn specific skills designed to provide support to kids while also reducing accommodations, which inadvertently maintain anxiety symptoms. While the child/teen is not present, meaningful changes occur, as caregivers learn empowering and evidence-based skills to decrease anxiety.

Schedule: Tuesday evenings from 6:30pm - 8pm. This is a 6 week group beginning February 20th.
Cost: $750 for the 9 hour workshop for up to 2 caregivers.
