Nashville Therapy Group

When your soul feels heard, you can move forward.

I believe in your capacity for change, healing and growth. But sometimes life gets in the way. Perhaps you feel stuck, anxious or discouraged. Or maybe you’re still trying to make sense of something that happened to you long ago. The stories we grow up with often shape the ones we tell about ourselves.

My intention is to come alongside you, listen deeply without judgment, and foster meaningful self-discovery and growth. I help individuals and couples struggling with relational conflict, depression, or anxiety as well as those navigating life change, trauma, confusion or discontent.

Together we may discover different ways of looking at your situation that will allow you to move forward in new, empowering, and hope-filled ways.

Clinical Experience

I have worked with adolescents, adults and couples in both mental health community settings as well as in private practice. In addition, I have led numerous workshops on personal storytelling, creativity and writing as therapeutic modalities.

Clinical Specialties

I practice a client centered, attachment- based clinical approach informed by narrative therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, internal family systems, and energy work. As a longtime author and artist, I’m passionate about the power of story and self-expression as a way to better understand ourselves and others. I want to help you connect more deeply to yourself so you can exist more fully in your life.
