Wholeness is a journey. There is hope. Together we will seek progress, not perfection.

My hope is to walk alongside clients as they make the step to create a healthier self and healthier relationships. My therapy is relaxed and goal centered. I use humor when it allows, as laughter is good for the soul. The opportunity to serve my clients is meaningful to me and my hope is to create a safe and sacred environment for people to process and heal. I want you to have conversations you aren’t having at home, in a safe and comfortable environment.

Clinical Experience

I began my career in the mental health field working as an intern in community outreach settings, providing support for clients with eating disorders and serving at foster care placement agencies. My early experiences as a therapist included working in agency settings where I provided individual, couple, and family therapy to a diverse clientele covering a wide range of clinical issues.

Clinical Specialties

My clinical specialties include couples therapy, including marital and pre-marital conflict, general relationship issues, life transitions, self-esteem and worth, women's issues, grief, and anxiety. I practice an integrative, evidence-based approach to therapy that includes experiential techniques, cognitive-behavioral, EMDR, and attachment based interventions. I am also a Level 1 trained clinician in the Gottman Method.

Supervision Services

As an AAMFT Approved Supervisor, I provide supervision services to pre-licensed professionals seeking independent licensure in the state of Tennessee. If you’re interested in my supervision services, please contact me via my number below.
