You can change your life, and I’m here to help you make it happen.

Hi there! I'm Meredith, and I’m passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families improve their relationships and overcome challenges. I provide a safe and supportive environment for my clients to explore their deepest thoughts and most intense feelings. As both a clinical intern and client concierge, I have extensive training in a range of therapeutic approaches, including experiential therapy, emotionally focused therapy, and family systems therapy.

As both a clinical intern and client concierge, I have experience working with clients of all ages and backgrounds, and I have a particular interest in helping couples strengthen their relationship, improve their communication, and raise their degree of sexual and emotional intimacy. I'm a compassionate and non-judgmental therapist who is committed to helping my clients build healthier and happier lives. I look forward to working with you and your loved ones as you begin your journey towards new levels of growth and well-being.

Clinical Specialties

My areas of special clinical interest include non-traditional and LGBTQ+ relationships, sex therapy, coping with spiritual and existential distress, religious trauma, generational trauma, as well as dysfunctional family systems. My theoretical perspective is influenced by experiential therapy, the Internal Family Systems model (IFS), and solution focused techniques practiced with an integrative approach.
