Kyra Rane Weyenberg, MMFT

Marriage and Family Therapist at the Nashville Office

There’s a way through pain and heartache. Let’s uncover hope and healing together.

Hi, I’m Kyra and I am passionate about helping you see hope during the hardest of times. I see therapy as a collaborative experience where we work together to help you feel empowered in your way forward. Whether you are burdened with grief, trauma, life transitions, or relationship conflict, I will meet you with warmth and acceptance.

Grief includes a spectrum of emotions and difficulties, and can be the result of deep loss to taxing changes. I am privileged to sit in these tough spaces with you, unrushed, as we adjust and create a way through. Therapy with me balances the vigorous work of insight, with laughter and metaphors to offer a creative and refreshing experience. I am enthusiastic about helping you feel less alone and more heard. Together, we can work to improve relationships, uncover patterns, develop new skills, overcome life’s difficulties, cultivate greater self-esteem, and embrace your fuller self to help you lead a more fulfilling life. Ultimately, experiencing more connection with yourself and others.

I have worked with individuals, couples, and families in private practice and academic settings. My therapeutic approach is rooted in systems theory, and integrates internal family systems, solution focused therapy, and somatic therapy.
