Stephanie Bashirian, LMFT

Sometimes, all we need is for someone to listen and help us look into the mirror. Using a systemic, evidenced-based approach, my role as your therapist is to create a relationship that you can use for your own personal growth. In the space that we create, we will identify your potential for healing, discover what’s been keeping you stuck, and help you move out of crisis or survival mode and into a place or improved health, meaning, and peace. My approach is systemic, paying attention to everything that has influenced you, including your family of origin and larger community. I am IFS Level 1 trained and use experiential modalities to process and integrate your history. Providing service to individuals one-on-one allows me to facilitate a level of trust through empathy, humor, and comforting support. I provide clients with a safe place to blossom to change. I understand the bravery shown to take the step into therapy and I would want to be able to put you at ease while in the room. Words mean things, so I recognize the language patterns that clients use and allow that to influence the work we do along with the evidenced based practice I have learned in my graduate work. Now, you may be wondering, “Where do I go from here?” What I love about therapy is that it is not prescriptive. What you bring to therapy makes you unique. Our time together will be spent understanding your desire for change. Maybe you’ve been hurting for a while. Perhaps you are stuck. Whatever your reasons, this is a safe and accepting place to figure it out.

I love helping people understand their “why” and figure out their “how.” My approach is relaxed and focused on you. We will work together to define and achieve your unique goals. We will go at your pace, but I will gently push you when needed. We may discuss hard things, but we will also laugh and have fun. You will realize the strengths, resources, and value already within you that will help you move in the direction you want to go. Hi, I’m Wynne! I specialize in working with young adults, particularly teenagers and twenty-somethings facing personal challenges as they search for their place in the world. Kristin Lagan, M.S.

I hold the belief that no problem is too great to overcome. Through individual therapy, we will explore the many lenses and colors life can be viewed through. Where are you today – do you live in the past, present or future? I utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy, to help clients address their unique challenges. I am empathetic and non-judgmental, creating a safe and supportive environment for clients to process their thoughts and emotions. I am a caring and empathetic person who has a heart for helping people reach their full potential. As a therapist, I seek to work collaboratively with clients in establishing treatment goals. My hope is that clients will learn new and healthier ways of living and gain a greater ability to treat both themselves and others with compassion.

It takes courage to step into the therapy room, so I work to provide a disarming and open space for clients to share. My curiosity guides me as I get to know people for who they are and I enjoy helping clients learn to think, feel, and act in new, productive ways in order for them to become the people they hope to be.

 
 
 

Gracie Self, LMFT

My hope is to walk alongside clients as they make the step to create a healthier self and I recognize the courage it takes to come to therapy. My therapy is relaxed and goal centered. I use humor when it allows, provide coffee and tea, and hope to give clients a comfortable space as they unpack difficult thoughts, experiences, and emotions. I want you to have conversations you aren’t having at home, in a safe and comfortable environment. I work with individuals struggling with anxiety, identity formation, attachment wounds, self-esteem and feelings of worthlessness, eating disorders, body image issues, as well as trauma, as I have special training in EMDR therapy. It’s an honor to take part in such a difficult, yet beautiful process.
