Amazing things can happen when we find the courage to step outside our comfort zone.

I am passionate about helping clients find meaning and purpose in their everyday lives. I believe that when we face our fears and seek understanding, change happens. My hope is to meet my clients where they are while providing a safe space for clients to feel heard and understood. I focus on a collaborative approach that incorporates cognitive-behavioral, attachment-based, and emotion-focused interventions that help my clients discover healthier coping and a journey of healing.

Clinical Experience

My prior experiences as a therapist include working with individuals, couples, and families. I’ve worked in private practice and agency settings that have given me the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele. My specific areas of clinical experience include mood disorders, anxiety, relationship distress, trauma, parent-child relational issues, work and academic stress, self-esteem, and phase of life issues.

Clinical Specialties

My areas of special clinical interest include issues related to anxiety, depression, mood disorders, work/academic stress, relationship issues, self-worth, and phase of life issues. I practice an integrative, evidence-based approach to therapy that includes cognitive-behavioral, emotion focused, attachment based, and solution-focused interventions.
