It’s okay to ask for help. You can do it.

Hi, I'm Michael. As your therapist I’m here to offer you and your loved ones an opportunity to sow seeds of hope and empowerment along your healing journey. I firmly believe that hope is an essential ingredient in all forms of therapy and a key player in fostering positive change. In my practice, I embrace a flexible and evolving therapeutic strategy tailored to meet your unique needs. Central to this approach is creating an environment that fosters your autonomy while equipping you with the necessary resources and opportunities to support your goals.

In our sessions, we will cultivate a collaborative and therapeutic relationship that encourages self-exploration, reflection, and personal growth. Together, we will create a comfortable atmosphere that will allow you to delve into your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and the underlying factors contributing to your challenges. As we embark on this therapeutic journey, I am committed to supporting you every step of the way. Together, we'll work towards reaching your goals, uncovering your strengths, and fostering positive change in your life. I am excited to be a part of your journey, and I can't wait to see the incredible growth and progress we will achieve together. Let's take the first step towards a brighter and more hopeful future.

Clinical Specialties

I've developed a dynamic therapeutic approach that blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and restorative techniques including the Gottman Method, particularly in couples work. Flexibility is crucial when working with diverse backgrounds, and I ensure culturally consistent counseling by tailoring interventions to respect and resonate with each client's unique experiences.
