Nashville Therapy Group

Telehealth and Online Therapy

Therapy from where you are.

In addition to our physical offices, we offer a virtual office to make therapy more accessible and flexible in today’s rapidly changing world. Our online services are currently an option to clients statewide in Tennessee, Alabama, Arkansas, California, Florida, and Kentucky, and if long distance, transportation barriers, scheduling conflicts, or health concerns make it difficult to accommodate in-person sessions, telehealth may be right for you.

As long as you have a reliable internet connection and a quiet space to talk, you can meet with your therapist virtually, from the comfort of your home. Using private, confidential video conferencing software, you and your therapist will schedule an online session, then your therapist will send you a link to join the video call. When you click on the link, you’ll see your therapist appear on your screen, and your session will progress as it would in-person.

Our Telehealth and Online Therapists

Gracie Self, LMFT

When life becomes unmanageable, we tend to lose a sense of ourselves and grasp for ways to cope. We all have an instinct to understand our purpose, personal growth, relationships and even life’s toughest challenges. I believe uncovering a person’s authentic sense-of-self will bring empowerment and healing. I invite and value the parts of a person that are conflicted, parts that are afraid, ashamed, and the parts that appear relentless. My objective is to help you achieve your goals for therapy and feel confident in the next steps.

Russell Durdunji, TLMFT

We all experience life from a unique perspective made up of a collection of our own overlapping and intertwining identities. As such, everyone’s therapeutic needs are different. I address this by approaching our time together from an empathetic and non-judgmental stance of humble curiosity, and strive to ensure you leave our sessions feeling seen, heard, and understood. Connect with me, and let’s start taking steps towards a better life experience!

Alyssa Durdunji, LMFT

I believe at our core, there is goodness and light. Yet, we all have stories of suffering, trauma, hurt, and disappointment that have caused us to adopt maladaptive ways of being. Through our family systems and closest relationships, we form our identities based on our felt sense of safety and love, or sometimes lack thereof. And at some point, those ways of being that helped us survive, now keep us stuck in patterns of pain. In our work together, we will start unraveling those threads of being, pulling away the parts that are not you, so that you can settle into who you truly are. We will do that through a collaborative, curious, compassionate process that holds space for your story and hope for your healing.
