Do the work you love with people who care.
Nashville Therapy Group is always growing, and we’re looking for thoughtful, passionate clinicians who want to be part of a team that values integrity, collaboration, and genuine care. Whether you’re fully licensed, pre-licensed, or still in training, we offer a supportive, relational culture where you can do meaningful clinical work without burnout. We believe therapists deserve to thrive too—and we’ve built a practice where that’s possible.
What it’s like to be a part of our team.
At Nashville Therapy Group, we believe that the people providing care deserve just as much care themselves. That means no hustle culture, no isolation, and no pressure to mold your practice into someone else’s vision. We trust our clinicians. We support your autonomy, honor your clinical instincts, and give you space to do the work you love with the clients who light you up.
We’ve built a team culture rooted in warmth, professionalism, and shared values. Our therapists collaborate across disciplines, share referrals generously, and show up for each other in and out of session. Whether you’re full-time or part-time, licensed or pre-licensed, you’re treated as a respected member of the team. There’s room to grow, to lead, to specialize, and to be exactly who you are.
We’re serious about ethical care, clinical excellence, and sustainable workloads, but we also laugh a lot, support each other through tough cases, and genuinely enjoy working together. This is a group practice that feels less like a grind and more like a true community, one built by clinicians who take great care in their work, but who also take care of one another.
If you know someone who works at Nashville Therapy Group, we encourage you to reach out and ask them what it’s really like to be part of the team. We’re proud of the culture we’ve built, but you don’t have to take our word for it. Talk to our clinicians, hear about their experience, and decide for yourself if NTG feels like the right fit for you.
Offering the best care for our clients means offering the best care for you.
We offer commission-based pay at some of the highest percentages in the country. (We looked it up. We’re proud of how much we can offer.)
We offer benefits including health insurance to full-time clinicians.
We cover the cost of your liability insurance, continuing education, and more, including support for things like exam prep and specialized trainings.
We cover the cost of all the tools, systems, and infrastructure you need to simply show up and provide excellent care.
We have three beautifully appointed office locations with over thirty clean, comfortable therapy spaces you can reserve whenever you need them.
We honor your various specialties with dedicated suites and spaces for play therapy, family therapy, EMDR and trauma therapy, group therapy, and even yoga and somatic work.
We have a comprehensive supervision program for pre-licensed clinicians and interns. MFTs receive primary supervision, and LPCs receive supplementary supervision. All group and individual supervision hours are covered in full.
We have a dedicated Client Care team that screens potential clients and matches them based on your preferred schedule, specialties, and population.
We don’t assign clients. We offer them. You’re always free to accept or decline referrals.
We offer opportunities to grow into leadership, supervising, teaching, or public-facing roles if you’re interested in doing more than just therapy.
We encourage self-care, work-life balance, and the blend of autonomy and collaboration that best suits your clinical style.
Most importantly, we foster a genuine sense of community. Our doors are open. Our clinician lounge is stocked with drinks and snacks. Our weekly lunches and staff events are meant to teach, connect, and inspire. Our social events are low-pressure and fun. Nothing is mandatory, but you’re always welcome.
Our available opportunities.

Flexible scheduling and clear scope of responsibility
Hourly supervision pay
Structured support and communication from NTG’s leadership team
