Breath, Body, and Somatic Skills Group

This somatic group’s focus is to cultivate alignment through breath, movement, and mindfulness. In this hour long group, you will be guided through various yoga asanas (postures) that are restorative and trauma informed, while also being prompted to focus your awareness to the here and now through guided imagery, meditation and breath work. At the beginning and ending of each group, members will be invited to check in with each other and offer up an intention that they have for themselves and the group to foster a sense of community and connection. Unlike talk therapy groups, this group’s purpose is to let our bodies and breath be our voice, our teacher, and our healer.

Schedule: Mondays evenings from 6:15pm to 7:15pm.
Cost: $50 per session. Reduced rates are available based on need.
